FCAA’s Professional Culinary program is a 6 months program for students seeking professional skills and certification in the culinary. The course teaches comprehensive skills in the following areas: Basic cuttings, Mother sauces, French cuisine, Italian Cuisine, Indian Cuisine.

* 4 months training in Academy and 2 months of Industrial Training
* Five Classes per week including 4 practicals and 1 theory
