Why FCAA? • Environment affects the growth and learning of the students, we at FCAA ensure a safe and homely environment for the students so that they learn and memorize each and everything well. • FCAA has a 1:10 ratio of Chef vs student per class. • Immediate placements. • The Faculty comprises of chefs who have considerable experience with leading hotel brands before joining academy full time. • Complete hands-on training. Each student will have to make her/ his own products.
