FCAA’s Professional Culinary,Bakery and Patisserie program is a 9 months program for students seeking professional skills and certification in the culinary, bakery and patisserie sector. The course teaches comprehensive skills in the following areas: Basic cuttings, different cuisines, Breads, pastries, basic sponges, etc.
* 6 Months of Culinary and Bakery training in academy and 3 months of Industrial Training |
* Five Classes per week including 4 practicals and 1 theory |
